Shop opening hours


We're only open for reduced hours at the moment, but are available for C&C or local delivery Mon to  Sat 9am-6pm

Order online and collect in store at a time to suit you. Orders are usually ready to collect 24-48 hours after purchase.

Our C&C service is available Mon-Sat 9am-6pm. Just email us to let us know your preferred collection day/time, or leave a note in the comments box at checkout.

When you arrive at the shop, please provide us with your surname from the door, and we'll place your package on the collection table (to allow us to maintain a safe distance).


We've installed a number of measures to keep us all safe in the shop (when we're allowed to open). 

  • One customer inside at a time policy (or max 3 from the same household)

  • A large perspex screen has been installed at the checkout.

  • Contactless card machine placed at your side of the screen (and wiped with disinfectant regularly).

  • Removal of testers and demo products (sorry!)

  • Hand-washing between customers and regular sanitising of checkout, entrance area, doors and shelves.

Online delivery orders

We're still dispatching online orders every day (Monday to Friday).


We're hand delivering to our local customers. This means we can help reduce the impact on the postal services, and get our products out to local customers much quicker (usually within 2 days).

If you qualify for a local delivery, we'll include extra products or samples into your order to compensate for the delivery charge.


We're still trying to dispatch all parcels the same day, however because the Post Offices and couriers are running a reduced service, please allow 2 working days for orders to be dispatched.


Some of our suppliers are running low on certain ingredients, so you may notice changes to our ranges over the coming weeks. Most of our products should continue to be restocked regularly, however this may change in future.


Understandably, the postal services have struggled at various times throughout the pandemic. Some of our customers have reported delays of a week or more in busy periods. Please allow 7 working days from receiving your dispatch notification before contacting us about missing deliveries.

Our standard delivery service is a 2nd class parcel, however if you'd like a tracked service, please select this option at checkout.
