Order online and collect in store from 12pm the next day.
Just choose the C&C option at checkout.
Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be ready from 12pm the following Tuesday. Orders placed from Monday onwards will be available the next day. Please contact us if you have a specific pick-up time request.
When you arrive at the shop, please provide us with your surname and order number from the door, and we'll place your package on the collection table (to allow us to maintain a safe distance).

You can collect your order at any time to suit you between 8am and 8pm Tuesday to Friday. Just select C&C and leave your preferred time and day in the comments section at checkout. We'll email you to confirm your preference has been accepted (we'll leave your order ready to collect at a safe distance on the collection table).

Since re-opening after lockdown, we've limited our hours to ensure we can provide a safe environment for our customers. Our general opening hours are now Wednesday to Saturday 11am to 3pm (but please check our facebook page for temporary updates).
We've installed a number of measures to keep us all safe.
One customer inside at a time policy (or max 3 from the same household)
A large perspex screen has been installed at the checkout.
Contactless card machine placed at your side of the screen (and wiped with disinfectant regularly).
Removal of testers and demo products (sorry!)
Hand-washing between customers and regular sanitising of checkout, entrance area, doors and shelves.

Online delivery orders
We're doing everything possible to ensure we can keep delivering to our customers. We've had to make a couple of changes to our delivery service so that we can cope with the increased demand.
We're hand delivering to our local customers. This means we can help reduce the impact on the postal services, and get our products out to local customers much quicker (usually within 2 days).
If you qualify for a local delivery, we'll include extra products or samples into your order to compensate for the delivery charge.
Our products are all handmade under strict manufacturing regulations (Good Manufacturing Practice) which demands a high level of hygiene. Loose products (bath bombs, soaps, scrubs) are wrapped in protective paper and only handled by our team (while taking extra precautions, including wearing gloves and regularly cleaning hands).
We're still trying to dispatch all parcels the same day, however because the Post Offices and couriers are running a reduced service, please allow 2 working days for orders to be dispatched.
Some of our suppliers are running low on certain ingredients, so you may notice changes to our ranges over the coming weeks. Most of our products should continue to be restocked regularly, however this may change in future.
Understandably, the postal services have been inundated with parcels in recent weeks. Some of our customers have already reported delays of a week or more. Please allow 7 working days from receiving your dispatch notification before contacting us about missing deliveries.
Our standard delivery service is a 2nd class parcel, however if you'd like a tracked service, please select this option at checkout.
